Our focus is on delivering great service and we understand that our work doesn’t end once the machine is in place. Customers are entitled to a well executed aftercare service and this is why we operate a maximum 2 working hours' service response. From our base in Eastleigh, we cover Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex. Working within a small area enables early attention to any customer when they require it.

Wholesale
We offer a next-day wholesale service supplying hot drink machine ingredients, confectionery, snack items, cans and bottles, directly to you. We supply top branded, high quality ingredients which will satisfy your staff, customers and visitors, and our bulk purchasing power with major suppliers means we can pass on substantial savings to you.
Your orders can be altered to suit demand, ensuring you are always stocked with the most popular items.
Cup Options
We supply a range of cup sizes and cup materials; we’ll guide you through and help you select the most appropriate for you. Your chosen cup can be branded with a design of your choice, whether it is company branding, a corporate message, sponsorship, etc. They can be produced in bulk so that you have a large supply of these cups.
Finance
We have a range of agreements available which we can tailor to meet your requirements and budget. Some plans can include free supply of machines provided that minimum volumes are reached. Give us a call today and we can talk through a package which will suit your budget and needs.
Fitting
We will transport and fit any machine into a space you have specified within the time we have both agreed. We can work with the leading manufacturers to provide a machine which suits the environment in which it will sit. It can be eye-catching and product-focused if it is to appeal to the general public, or design-led and stylish if it is to be found in a modern, well presented office complex.
Operated Service
We are Automatic Vending Association approved and work tirelessly to maintain our exceptionally high standard of service and customer relations.
Our service personnel and engineers are always well presented in Bettavend uniform.
Our highly experienced, fully trained engineers underpin our business – we recognise the need for equipment to be operational at all times. Our engineers receive training both in-house and with the machine manufacturers.
We will conduct regular, daily if necessary, filling and sanitising of all machines.
We operate monthly statement and invoicing showing usage and cash collection.
